Located just a few steps away from the downtown of Playa del Carmen, in the Riviera Maya. The Paseo del Sol All Suite Resort by Encanto is situated in the heart of Playacar between the Beach & the Golf Club with its professional 18-hole course designed by Robert Von Hagge, near the amazing bird sanctuary of Xaman Ha, a few Maya vestiges and Playa del Carmen's world-famous "Quinta Avenida". The Cancun International Airport is located 50 minutes away, and most of the Riviera Maya's main sites and attractions are located in the near vicinity.

There are 65 two and three bedroom condominiums in four, three-story buildings. The grounds are large grassy lawns dotted with palm trees. A long swimming pool with a bridge over the center and a water-jet/fountain feature is the first things guests see as they walk through the reception and out onto the landscaped grounds.

The initial accommodation building with the reception area is called "Reef". Looking into the grounds, building "Coral" is straight ahead, building "Surf" is to the left and building "Cenote" is to the right.

Paseo del Sol features two bedroom condos ideally for a couple, small family or friends. All condos are fully equipped with kitchen, living, dining and sleeping areas. In addition, all suites have private terraces with views to the pool and the peaceful gardens.
